How can a customer register?
A store owner can add a customer directly or share a registration link. The customer fills in their details and creates a password to view their plan.
How are installments tracked?
The store owner records payments received by cash, UPI, card or bank. SwarnKosh shows the installment schedule, amounts collected and due or overdue installments. It does not process payments.
Can customers view their savings plan?
Yes. Customers can log in with their phone number and password to see plan progress, upcoming due dates and their recorded payment history.
