Rules for using SwarnKosh and managing jewellery savings plans.
Using SwarnKosh
SwarnKosh lets jewellery-store owners manage customer savings plans, customer profiles and payment records. Store owners are responsible for the plans they create and the records they enter.
Savings plans and jewellery purchase
A customer may purchase jewellery only when their savings plan is completed. If the customer chooses to break the plan before completion, the purchase and any refund, deduction or settlement are subject to the early-exit rules provided by that jewellery store.
Payments and responsibility
SwarnKosh records payments but does not process, hold or guarantee customer funds. The jewellery store remains responsible for its offer, pricing, customer communication, refunds and delivery of jewellery.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must keep their login credentials secure and provide accurate information. Misuse, unauthorized access, fraud or interference with the service may result in suspension.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use of SwarnKosh after an update means the updated terms apply.
