Getting started
Register your jewellery store, then add customers yourself or share your store's registration link so new customers can sign up on their own. Set up a monthly savings plan for each customer to start tracking.
Plans and payments
Record each payment a customer makes — cash, UPI, card or bank — against their plan. SwarnKosh tracks the installment schedule and shows upcoming, due and overdue installments. SwarnKosh records payments but does not process or hold customer funds.
Customer access
Customers sign in with the phone number and password they registered with to view their plan progress, due dates and payment receipts.

If you cannot sign in or something in your account looks wrong, contact us. Store owners manage their store profile, customers and plans inside the admin dashboard.
