SwarnKosh stores account, store, customer, savings-plan and payment information entered by users so the service can operate.
How information is used
The information is used to provide authentication, dashboards, customer registration links, plan progress, payment records and vendor administration.
Sharing
Customer information is available to the jewellery store that owns the account. Platform administrators may access it only to operate, secure or support the service.
Security and retention
Passwords are stored as hashes, and role checks limit access to the relevant store. Information is retained while the account is active or as needed for support, security and legal obligations.
Choices and contact
Store owners can update store and customer details in the app. Customers should contact their jewellery store for corrections or questions about their savings plan.
